I am so sorry you are having issues playing Flight simulator.

System Requirements and Compatibility

I have the same problem, can install the Deluxe Edition but get an error when I try to activate. I found that are two updates to FSX, SP1 and SP2. SP1 does not fix the activation problem and SP2 will not allow me to even start FSX without an error. Backed
out SP2 in order to start FSX.

I’d calibratre under windows 10. It works fine with x plane 11. FSX 2020 didn’t see the joystick i have only keybord and mouse in fsx.

You may be able to purchase the game through the Microsoft Store or download the full version if you are a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. If you are able, you may also contact the retailer that the game was purchased from for additional assistance regarding the purchase.
