    I bought Flight Sim 2020 Premium Deluxe (10 x cd) last year but have had many issues with bugs and updates. I recently had another problem where on signing in, the game crashes before it gets to the point of choosing the aircraft etc. As a last resort to try to get my game working again, I uninstalled it hoping to reinstall it to overcome the issue. Not knowing that now I cannot use the redeem code twice? I need to request to transfer the code to use again, but on the same computer, is that right? If not how can I reinstall this back onto the same computer as before. I only uninstalled it because of the problem with the game, not my computer. Many thanks Graham

    FS2020 Does Not Run

    FS2020 loaded and code used to start sim, all well (at first) - computer shut down overnight, following morning that's when trouble started.

    Computer when into safe mode and started repair sequence followed by disc check - told all new apps would be removed, finally started.

    However FS2020 had been removed - then reloaded sim and once more entered code - told this had been redeemed and then sent to Microsoft store to buy fresh FS programme.

    After loading program for second time etc - now can't find FS2020 on computer files, keep being sent to Microsoft store - so what's happening Microsoft?

    Hi thanks You see, before putting the DVD_1, I saw the card with the code and the address of www.microsoft.com/redeem, and entered by entering the code that comes on the card, I think I selected the Filght Simulator 2020 Premium de Luxe, which is the version that I bought, and activate, I think, the digital version; since it gave me a link to download.

    I already have the 10 physical DVDs, then I did not need to download, well, I left, I realized my mistake. Later I installed the 10 DVDs, but when trying to start the FS2020 from the Microsoft Store, it asked me to enter the code, when I put it, it gave me an error and said "this code has already been redeemed" ...... ???

    I enter my Microsoft account in Microsoft account, and I see that I have the FS2020 DIGITAL at $ 0, that is, without a price ..... And I don't know where to go anymore ... Greetings from Pamplona - Spain

    About the re-installation, you can uninstall and install without any problem because the game is linked with you Microsoft used when you redeemed the code.
