FS2020 Installieren

Thanks for contacting the Xbox Forums! I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with downloading FS2020.

First, I would try downloading the necessary games via the Microsoft Store rather than the Xbox app until this issue is resolved. If you are having issues with the Windows Store, I recommend that you reset the Windows store data.

1. Close the Microsoft Store app if currently open.
   
2. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog.
   
3. Type WSReset.exe into Run, and click/tap on OK.
   
4. A command prompt will now open without any message. After about 30 seconds, the command prompt will automatically close, and the Microsoft Store app will open.
   
5. Check Windows Store for app updates and install. In the new version of the Windows Store, you can access updates by clicking the Library tab in the bottom left corner of the screen and then click Get Updates in the top right.
   

Next, I would of course make sure your computer is completely updated. After updating the computer and performing a reset, see if the issue persists. If it does, please try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device again.

1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
   

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers



Finally, I would recommend that you uninstall the Xbox app from your PC and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

1. Click on the Windows + I keys at the same time to open the Settings menu
   
2. Click on Apps
   
3. Search for Xbox in the search box and click on the Xbox app
   
4. Click Uninstall
   

If the Uninstall button cannot be clicked, then you can remove the app manually through PowerShell.

1. Click on the Windows button in the bottom left and type in PowerShell
   
2. Right-click the PowerShell app and click Run as administrator
   
3. Type the following command and press the Enter key:
   
   1. Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage
      
4. Wait until the process is finished. It should only take a few seconds.
   
5. Type exit and press the Enter key to exit PowerShell.
   

Reinstall the Xbox app from the Microsoft Store

1. Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC
   
2. In the top search bar, search for Xbox
   
3. Download and install the Xbox app
   

Make sure that the app is completely updated after downloading. In the new version of the Windows Store, you can access updates by clicking the Library tab in the bottom left corner of the screen and then click Get Updates in the top right.

Hello there!

I have installed al of the 10 dvds abd when i put in dvd nr one snd start fs2020 I have to put in the Registration nr and but then uts written ”it id already used” (something like that. its not on the dvd:s. Last time I reinstall Windows 10 I had to start Windows store and start Fs2020 from there becouse the Registration nr is stored in the store someway where its says I own FS2020 i library. But when I change my hardwear and update Windows to 11 I dont own the FS2020 in library and can nit use the dvd for the installation, becouse after the installing i have to write the Registration number.

So the dvd:s work for the installing but i cant start the fs2020.

Are you able to verify that the purchase was completed via your
Order history?

If you can see the purchase completed, then you should have the option to
install the game thorugh your Xbox app, or thorugh the
Microsoft Store.

Go ahead and verify this, and let us know if you are able to install it this way!
