    FS2020 - Game crashes on almost every airport.


    Hi,

    I installed FS2020 on my PC via Xbox app. And I'm using AMD Threadripper 1950X, Samsung 64GB RAM (16 * 4ea), nVidia Titan V w/ 12GB Vram, 500Mbps broadband.

    Whenever I approach an airport runway for landing or taxi for takeoff in airport, game hangs for a second, and crashes almost every time.

    Graphic detail would not be the main reason because I tried Low detail graphic mode instead of Ulta or High but it crashed also.

    I turned on Console and 1) saw over 15,000 error messages, and 2) some weird situation of Vram usage... as below.

    FS2020 considers its Vram budget as 6GB but system indicates Vram usage as 10GB .

    Can I get any solution for this problem?

    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Crash

    Why don't they just let the entire 150GB or so get downloaded directly from Microsoft store? wouldn't that solve many people's problems? Lol.
    I have fs2020 intial downlownload on steam installed cia c drive (ssd) , and the extra download installed on storage drive (hdd) and have no lroblems running the game except for a few crashes at certain airports?

    Pubg crashes almost every Game

    Hi, the game is still in game preview so bugs are expected.

    Try deleting and reinstalling the game.

    FS2020 stuck in update screen - XBox pass version

    Since yesterday the FS2020 is unable to start, it stays in the update screen trying to download over an over again the same two files:

    • asobo-airport-eidl-donegal-0.1.23.fspackage
    • asobo-airport-lxgb-gibraltar-...

    I have tried repairing the installation, removing FS2020, clearing all files an even uninstalling the xbox client.

    Nothing works.

    Should I stick to x-plane 11 instead?

    Same here. I first installed the game on an old HDD and that worked fine. Then decided I want it on my SSD instead.

    Uninstalled the game and tried installing again but no luck. Stuck on same 2 files.

    Tried installing it on that old HDD again but that is also not working anymore.

    It happens with almost every game with MP that servers are unstable and are crashing.. It's just matter of time when they fix it..
