FS2020 Deluxe Version NOT installed

Discus and support FS2020 Deluxe Version NOT installed in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have paid $125 for the Deluxe Version and the App Manager tells me is NOT installed, why?     FS2020 Deluxe Version NOT installed


    I have paid $125 for the Deluxe Version and the App Manager tells me is NOT installed, why?

    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the APP 4 times and always get the same result and when hitting FLY it crashes or it crashes on loading, I cannot tell why is it crashing as it does it on the form of a reboot, I have a decent PC and it should run
    it OK. One week without being able to fly it at all, as of now this thing is only a $125 paperweight on my desktop.

    Can I delete FS2020 from X Box X and reinstall the complete Deluxe Edition I've paid for ?

    Or will I have to pay again for download. ?

    FrancescCasas Orriol and     filipmont,

    I have two different emails which i use for Windows. The solution for me was to sign out in FS2020 and Sign in again using the email which was used to buy FS2020.

    You can sign out by clicking on your nickname on the top right corner of the Welcome tab in FS2020. The dropdown box will give you the option to sign out.

    After sign out, you can sign in using the correct email and in my case FS2020 started to download new content which was about 3 to 4 gigs.

    In the end my solution was not in the Store but in FS2020.

    I can see two options from the link, Xbox One version and Deluxe version, I see that the deluxe version states it's compatible with the Xbox One.
