fs 2020 problem starting

After downloaded and installed ,fs2020,.When I try to play the game ask me for insert the disk, Thre is no disk at all it is a downloaded version , so I can't play the game

Hello. I too am having this problem. I downloaded this file and it opens with 7zip but then what do I do with those files?

Put the iso file where you want. Open it (double click) before starting FS.

You must see something like this in explorer: Dvd-station(G MFS DISK 1

Open flight simulator.

That's it.

Well, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Tested and worked for me. Started game, it asked for disk, minimized game, inserted iso and it works great sir! Game opened as normal. I have all updates on win 10 and the game to 1.8.3 the latest patch. Microsoft has been ZERO
help resolving this problem. I have not played the sim on my hobby land ever. Off grid and no internet available. Have been driving 35 miles to nearest restaurant with internet. Just to ask Microsoft for support. And look for solutions on the net.

I'm a beginner and it is hard for me to understand what does it mean "ctrl+.Tn"

In particular what I shall utilize fot ".Tn" ?

I did not found any guide, manual or tutor.

The easiest way to solve your problem :

I created a disc image file with the name 'MFS Disc_1.ISO' containing only the file '0x0409.ini' (from disc 1) and mount it before starting FS.

I can send it if you give your mail address. (using the format xxxx_at_yyyy.zz)

Greetings! Just to mention that sim update to 1.9.3.0 still asks for the disk. Yet no resolution from microsoft... I bought the sim from the microsoft store. Thanks again!

Hi, this method works for me however i think this was created for users or by users with another kind of FS2020 pack, for example i can't use the planes that come with the original Premium Deluxe package that i purchased.

is there a way to get the ISO file for the Premium Deluxe package?

I moved home and I'm waiting for the internet service to be installed so this is a great alternative to keep flying, a little limited but you can still fly.
