    Frustrating Xbox 360 Family Saftey Passcode


    Okay, so I bought this Xbox 360 a while ago, and didn't think anything about a family passcode. Well now I habe tried EVERYTHING that I have been told to do and nothing is working. I can't get past the question for the family safety thing. It keeps sending
    me to the help website, but then gives me some dumb ass instructions that do NOTHING and I can't access hardly anything. I can't reset my Xbox 360 and I can't get past the passcode thing. I've done everything in here. Does anyone habe any idea how I can fix
    this!? Or at least a way that actually WORKS to reset the passcode?

    I tried that. They kept giving me the run around... this is so irritating because I have done everything they said and nothing worked. Even the code they gave me to put in didn't work..
