Frustrating online accounts.....

I've purchased an xbox one for my 9 year old son for Christmas and feel constantly frustrated at the overall experience.

-It constantly freezes and we have to pull the power lead out the back to get it to start up again.

-It won't save progress on some games, biggest issue is Lego Marvel super heroes showing 0.0% progress when we load it up. We lost 6 hours game play yesterday and no longer have any desire to play it. Which is a shame as there are only a handful of kids
games on the platform.

-Tiresome online account verification system on games such as plants vs zombies, which won't sign in to EA servers anymore. Why do I need an online EA Origin account to play a game off a disc? I'm not a pirate!

-Xbox one account is frustrating to use with the whole adult-child system.

The whole system and experience is clunky, flaky and buggy. I have a PS4 an work and the whole experience is seamless. I regret buying this Xbox one for my son and really wish I had purchased a PS4 instead. I might actually take it back to game and get
a refund.

Cannot play online (Star Wars BF Open Beta): "you are too young ..."

I have this same problem. My birthdate is also correct (I'm obviously old enough) and all of my online permissions ate unrestricted. I am the only one on my account (there are no child accounts). So frustrating

Just to try and clarify more simply.

My GT Killswitch On I uses the snet.net The email on my phone and email is use regularly is a Live.com but its tied to this Chuck GT that I dont use for Xbox.

I want the Killswitch GT to use the Live.com email. I dont care at all about this ChuckJ account.

Im just shocked they cant do this for me over the phone if they wont allow me to do it myself easily.

I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, apparently you already contacted Microsoft Support and were assisted by agent Johana. But you must keep 2 things in mind that this is only a public forum where we are users like you who help other players with basic problems. This means that we are not Microsoft employees, so we do not have access to user information.

The other thing is that the only way to regain access to an account again is through the account recovery form, a couple of months ago I went through the same problem as you and managed to solve it but before that I had to fill out the form many times form until they verified that he was the primary owner of the account.
