  1. Frustrating Amount of Issues with my Xbox One


    Since about a month after I got my Xbox in November I had major problems with my Xbox One. It started off with crazy unstable packet loss rates and latency on Battlefield 4 then it progressed to very laggy online performance in Destiny. As it progressed
    it's gotten to the point that Battlefield 4 and Destiny are unplayable. Recently in the past week more issues arose. I am constantly being kicked from Xbox Live party chats and on several games my data is lost to the cloud but, not because it was deleted.
    These saves were lost because the game saves on the cloud never sync or that ones that do take 10+ hours to do so. Specifically Fallout 4 which is a single player game I've lost over 83 hours of gameplay.

    The point is that each time I have an issue I contacted support through a chat. All of the solutions that they gave me either don't work or only work until I turn my console off just to have it reappear. I even went to contact my ISP who said all was good,
    I was recommended to open my systems ports which only made the issue worse. It's just extremely frustrating especially when at this point I can't play a single game because the saves are in the clod regardless if I want them to be or not and that I can't
    even talk to my friends.

    If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated as I'm literally on the verge of getting rid of this console as it seems to be the problem as all other devices work perfectly fine.

    My guess is you have router issues , not xbox issues ....list the following and we will check it out...

    What Country/State/Province do you live in?

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?:

    Wired or Wireless (for each console):

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown:

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?:

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):

    Only one Xbox One is connected.

    Wireless

    Tried connecting all of the console ports, having my ISP reset my router, deleting and re-downloading my account, clearing my mac address, hard resetting my console, and most of the other basic solutions such as unplugging the console, etc.

    UPnP: Unknown

    No NAT errors and NAT is open.

    Error codes: 0x8000FFFF, 0x87DD019, 0x800C0005, 0x80072EFE

    ISP is Xfininty

  6. That router is pretty well known to have issues with xbox live , especially wireless ... I would try it wired and see if things improve ...

    Frustrating Amount of Issues with my Xbox One

    Destiny has had huge log in and connection issues ever since the 10th of January or so. Common error messages are catapillar, marionberry and Centipede.

    The problem was prevalent early on where many players could not connect at all or where disconnected within a few minutes.

    The problem is still there atm, seems to be that you can connect successfully and then you are disconnected while selecting your character or travelling thru space in your ship.

    No idea about battlefield 4. But destiny's problems are common atm.
