Frustrated

I have sent my console in twice because it wouldn't download content or my gamertag. Now it will not connect to my network at all. My other 4 Xbox's, Apple TV, phones, Ipads and computer have no problems. It is just this one freaking console.

This is what i get every time. I've tried it with and without a password needed.

Please help. This is going on 3 months.

Frustrated...

Doesn't the game give a little indicator that it's updating your challenges? I just quit and saved whenever I saw it updating my challenges and it's worked so far.

And tonight, the level glitched at the point where the Mammoth gets disabled. The Covenant vessel never appeared and thus I could never go up to it to destroy it. Had to start over AGAIN. UGH.UGH. But the Lone Wolf achievement is finally done.

It won't even recognize any wireless network now.

 

First off we need to find out why you can not get onto the network. A simple walk through can be found here

support.xbox.com/.../connection-error-solution. You also say it will not download to your GT. Are there any other GT's on the consul and, if so, do they have the same problem?

 

It does not see my network. I can't provide the info you're wanting because I can't find a network to log on to.

 

All gamer tags have the same problem. It started off not downloading a system update, gamertags or DLC. I sent it in for repair and it was doing the same thing when I got it back. Sent it in again and I was able to connect to my network and LIVE. The next
day I couldn't connect to LIVE, but I could connect to my network. Now my console can't even see any network.

 

The failing console, would this be the version with built-in wireless, or do you use the external wireless network adapter?

Do you receive the following message, "To use a wireless Internet connection, connect to an Xbox wireless Networking adapter to your console"?

Have you tried to restore your console's network settings to factory defaults?

Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the
Additional settings tab and Restore Network settings to factory defaults.

Unplug the Xbox power supply and keep it powered down for 10 minutes. Reconnect everything back and power on your console.

Let me know how that goes.

it wont let me get every time i sign in its says your can not connect to xbox live want to test your internet connection its been going on for days straight
