Frustrated with Xbox One app

Discus and support Frustrated with Xbox One app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've now been forced to use this app by Microsoft and while it may be a good idea, it's not if the thing doesn't work.     Frustrated with Xbox One app


    I've now been forced to use this app by Microsoft and while it may be a good idea, it's not if the thing doesn't work. And therein lies my problem. Downloaded and installed the app on my pc but I now have no Xbox one games in my collection where I previously
    had about 100. I seem to be noticing a trend with the software coming out of this company over the last several years and it's not a good one. I tried to contact support from within the app but the popup window says I'm not signed in even though the app says
    I am and when I clicked on the message saying I should sign in now to be able to post a question, nothing happens. It shouldn't be so much work and confusion just to have a little relaxation. Does anyone know if this is a known issue and being addressed or
    am I special?

    You best fire it up because Xbox Live doesnt even recognise youve played the game, it shows up on your list as locked, ie you havent even played it on your Xbox One

    As far as fiddling with your NAT thats something that isnt really need unless you are having connection issues in MP games. Even on a strict NAT I still get full bars in Titanfall.
