    Frustrated! Trying to access order history, but it's incomplete.


    I'm terribly frustrated. I purchased Rock Band 4 and am trying to download all of my previous DLC. I long ago exported all the previous games (RB1, RB2, Lego RB, AC/DC, etc.)

    The only songs that aren't showing as available are the Lego RB ones. Harmonix needs me to get Xbox Support to research my DLC entitlements, but when I was in support chat just a few minutes ago, the only purchases showing up in my order history are some
    song purchases between September 2013 and January 2014. This is crazy, since I have purchased games and content since 2007 when I originally bought a 360 console, yet selecting All Purchases and All Dates, those are the only things that show up.

    The Marketplace switched from Points to real money back in August 2013. Is it possible that caused my previous purchase history to vanish? Any ideas on how I can get a list of my pre-September 2013 purchases?

    Before restarting the download, you should access your memory and clear any incomplete downloads (marked with a yellow triangle) in order to help ensure you do not encounter any issues.

    Hi there, I would suggest going through your hard drive and deleting all incomplete or corrupt files of the failed downloads and trying to re-download through your history:

    support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history


    Don't just re-download the game, make sure to delete the incomplete downloads first.

    Let's have you get in contact with
    phone or chat support
    again to take a closer look at your game licenses. They should be able to narrow down on why you're unable to access that content for you.

    Hopefully that gets resolved soon! Let us know how it goes.
