Frustraded

I opened my emails to find that I was charged twice for my xbox gold account. I thought to myself "no big deal", il just contact them to rectify the situation.

Turns out that because I live in Canada xbox was not able to refund the taxes on the gold membership account. I thought to myself "thats OK". When the agent cancelled the accidentally charged purchase, she accidentally refunded me
for both accounts which meant I was being refunded for both gold purchases without a refund for taxes. So instead of being out only $3,50, I was now out about $13,00.

I was then quite frustrated but thought to myself `sh_t happens``. I was then told I would have to re-purchase the xbox gold account and have to pay the taxes on it again in which case I would be out another $9,00.

Due to a glitch or someone`s mistake behind the curtain of the multi- billion dollar X-box empire, the little guy is getting sh_t on again.

I have now withdrawn from xbox live gold. Hopefully my experience will be something to think about if your accidentally charged by xbox (in Canada).

4 days without ANY playin, frustraded and feeling stupid...

 

Xbox one lag!! Please help!!

I have the exact same problem, I have done all the port forwarding on router, UPnP turned on and even tried to connect XBone to Modem directly. 360 has no problem, XBone has lag lag lag on games even and when I use XBone fitness the video keeps stopping
and loading all the time, Vudu wont play HD because it says not good enough bandwidth. I am so frustraded with XBone. I have great bandwidth RR turbo from time warner. I am convinced it is Xbone server issue, but Micro$oft has no solution for us. VERY DISAPOINTED

You could purchase the LIVE membership cards sold at retailers or online.
