frustating and trouble with making pre order purchase

So i had 39$ on my Microsoft account, i just put 25$ on my account and changed the balance to 64$, i saved the money up to pre order Star Wars Battlefront 2 Standard Addition for 59.99, comes out that the tax is 5.31$ and i have 64$ not 65.31$, and im have
money issues, i cannot add more money to my account, im very frustrated and would like to receive help thank you

Preorder punch card not counting towards progress

Hi JD Rippz. We looked into your issue and it looks like your last pre-order was not calculated into the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. We're making this adjustment and you will see your Credits pending by the end of the week. Sorry for the trouble.

also, talked to xbox support with help, said there could be a possible change of a discount on battlefront 2 or a dollar added to my account.

All you can do is either add another Xbox gift card to your account or use a credit card/Paypal. No one can just add more money to your account or make a discount for you.

lol what i said is what the lady i chatted with on xbox support told me, dont try to make it seem like im stupid or some, who tax's 5.31$ on a video game, i remember when xbox didnt tax games, good times, this is why people use ps4 and ps4 is superior.

i know its really sad and frustating this but if i were you i would stop pre-ordering games(only if you are really certain about that game).
