    I am trying to load the game and it freezes 100% of the time when I am prompted to press the Menu button.. I've tried with both of my accounts. Has anyone experienced this?

    Frozen!!!

    There are many great Ambassadors, I just don't think you are one of them. The only issue I have with the Ambassador program is people like you who are quick to post advice but not help, which as I said there is a difference.

    Want to get personal? Look at our posts. When I help I give links on how to do things. I don't see you doing the same.

    Glad that you could finally be bothered to provide help to the OP though.

    I am having this problem too - I'm having it with a digital (no CD required) game called Never Alone as well. So it seems to be across games.

    I'm thinking of deleting the game and progress and reinstalling it. Sucks to lose all the time I put in...,wtf... This happened with Far Cry 2 for me. 40 plus hous in. I never did play that game again. I was so disgusted!

    Is it freezing on the logging into dragon age servers bit? If so hit your xbox home button and wait for the game screen thumbnail to quit trying. Then bring it back on full screen and try again.

    And also consider the hard reset options by holding the power and disconnecting from mains or whatever the process is.

    It does NOT go beyond "press start" button. It is officially a piece of *** game. I uninstalled and yet again installed. No luck.

    I am having this issue now and dont know what to do i have restarted cleaned the disk shut off the x box fully nothing is working to get it to stop freezing

    Hey all. I was experiencing this issue as well with a digital download of the game, and found a solution on another board. If you power down your system, and unplug the console power cord from the back, and then leave it for a few minutes. Plug it back in
    and try starting the game. It worked right away for me, and I hope it does for you as well.

    Know how long it took me to find out which game. Two seconds. TWO SECONDS.

    After that I was able to offer advice that potentially may help. You instead decided to spend your time being 'superior'.
