Frozen!!!

    Frozen!!!


    I finished Kadin's Tomb took the wolf's skull now my game is frozen (I actually did the tomb twice same result) HELP

    Hey all. I was experiencing this issue as well with a digital download of the game, and found a solution on another board. If you power down your system, and unplug the console power cord from the back, and then leave it for a few minutes. Plug it back in
    and try starting the game. It worked right away for me, and I hope it does for you as well.

    And also consider the hard reset options by holding the power and disconnecting from mains or whatever the process is.

    It really isn't hard to work out what game he is talking about. I thought Ambassadors were meant to be helpful.

    Is the game frozen or just your character stuck? If just your character then this thread might help

    However if it is the game entire then you could try the old classic of deleting and reinstalling the game, clearing the console cache to remove updates. Then seeing if the game works after that.

    Yes,it could be Ascend or Dust but i'd like to be 100% sure if thats ok ?

    Maybe that game has bad code? Nothing you can do about it. Just don't play that game. I may be wrong.

    Know how long it took me to find out which game. Two seconds. TWO SECONDS.

    After that I was able to offer advice that potentially may help. You instead decided to spend your time being 'superior'.

    Our positions in this thread should surely have been the other way around.

    Nothing wrong with my attitude.

    I want to be 100% sure what game the op was having a problem with.Yes it's probably 1 of the 2 games on their gamercard but you can't be 100% sure.

    No it isn't, is it. It's not what you you say but how you say it. You could have put that far more 'diplomatically'.

    Except you couldn't be bothered and to be honest I see that same attitude in most of your posts. Such as when you tell people "oh just file a complaint and then mute and block" but provide absolutely no information on how to do so. Or tell people that naming
    and shaming is against the forum rules, but then don't provide a link to those rules.

    No, you just want to be first to give the advice but not the help. There's a difference.

    I'm not going to argue with you vote,it's well known you have some sort of an issue with the whole ambassador thing & personally i think your attitude on the forums leaves a lot to be desired so there you go.

    I have answered jbriank24 in a pm as you have taken the whole thread of topic so thats an end to it as far as i'm concerened.

    There are many great Ambassadors, I just don't think you are one of them. The only issue I have with the Ambassador program is people like you who are quick to post advice but not help, which as I said there is a difference.

    Want to get personal? Look at our posts. When I help I give links on how to do things. I don't see you doing the same.

    Glad that you could finally be bothered to provide help to the OP though.

    It does NOT go beyond "press start" button. It is officially a piece of *** game. I uninstalled and yet again installed. No luck.
