    Frozen Xbox?


    So I've been having a problem with my Xbox one for a little bit to where I would start my Xbox and it would be freezing, not working, not signing my profile in, taking me back to the home page, etc. Usually when something like this would happen I would either
    turn off my Xbox or if I need to hard reset it (hold down power button till it resets itself). Then after a few seconds of waiting I would turn it back on and it would either reset itself like it should and go back to the home screen but continue to have the
    same problems OR it would make the Xbox noise when it turns on but won't actually show the green screen but rather just a blank screen OR sometimes just stay at the green screen until I turn it off again. Next I tried factory resetting (both options of the
    keeping games and apps and deleting everything) and It stays on the screen of the "Preparing console" and does nothing like it should. I've tried everything. I don't know what else to do and this is the 2nd time it's happened to me within 2 weeks. The first
    time I factory reset and it worked and now it's not working even when I keep turning off and on to see if the factory reset would work. Help please! In desperate need! And it seems like I'm only person who's had this problem.

    Frozen!!!

    There are many great Ambassadors, I just don't think you are one of them. The only issue I have with the Ambassador program is people like you who are quick to post advice but not help, which as I said there is a difference.

    Want to get personal? Look at our posts. When I help I give links on how to do things. I don't see you doing the same.

    Glad that you could finally be bothered to provide help to the OP though.

    My Xbox is frozen but not frozen

    I had this same problem tonight. There was a major outage in the south east of the United States and a few other minor outages. It only effected some accounts, but not all of them. What i did to get the problem resolved was to hard reset my Xbox, and internet,
    and then I just kept trying until it worked. It took me about 25-30 minutes before it was working for me. This is also a rare occurrence and does not happen often. If your problem is not resolved tonight, the hopefully Microsoft will have the problem fixed

    OK!! well then when xbox investigates and does ban someone then they should have a site with their gamer tag listed. I hate damn cheaters and modders. Its whats wrong with online gaming. Thats just my opinion and its ok if you don't agree.

    @noboundz-- I think I may have explained that wrong. I should have said, If they had proof and was 100% sure they were cheating then there gamer tag should be known, but if its onlt speculation and there is no proof then no. Sorry!!
