Discus and support Frozen update screen and do not know how to get out of it please help!!! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was unable to install the xbox live update wirelessly or wired.     Frozen update screen and do not know how to get out of it please help!!!


    I was unable to install the xbox live update wirelessly or wired. I tried to install it with usb or cd and neither of those worked either. I am stuck at an update screen and am unable to leave this screen no matter what I do to the console. My main concern
    is to get this screen unstuck then we can talk about how to install the update. I would try to bypass the update by pressing the guide button or B, but my controllers will not connect but for some reason still turn on the console. I have no more ideas please
    help.

    The xbox keeps freezing and saying cortana and games are "taking too long"

    I figured I have to update it but whenever I try it will freeze then take me out of any app or settings i was in to return to a froze home screen! IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Ive tried turning it on and odd and restarting it but nothing is working!

    and if you restart your console it takes you back to the same screen? and your controllers won't connect?

    thts how mine is right now im sitting here for hours trying to figure this out Microsoft u gotta do better if u want me to keep buying these high *** games hlp fix

    Halo Master Chief Collection not working

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.
