    Frozen Update! Please Help!


    Gears 4's July update is out at 3.57 gigs. It's frozen at 22% Last time this happened, I ended up having to cancel the update, which also uninstalled the game. With my atrocious download speeds and The Coalition's horrific game size, it took 3 to 4 days
    to reinstall. I really don't want to do that again. Is there anyway I can fix this? Can I cancel the update without deleting the game? I already paused and resumed the update, fully shutdown and restarted my console, and switched around update orders. Yes,
    I have other updates and installs going too, and they are working fine. Any help is much appreciated. I don't want to redownload this monstrosity of a file.

    Problem with the controller's UPDATE

    Hello,

    I tried to make my XBox Controller update with my PC, but at 38%, the update froze.

    Since my controller is off.

    What can i do?

    XBOX one wont take new update, offline or online. 5/2

    I turned xbox one on and online update started. 370mb. Update froze at 74% for 20 min. I tried the offline update and will not work. I cant even do offline factory reset. Please help.

    How long has it been stuck? I'm just about to install this now for the first time, and I expect an update that will probably pause the install at around that mark for a while.

    this support guide     to try help resolve your console update issues and if required you can also use this guide to carry out the console update offline.
