    can anyone help me, I have been playing my white Xbox slim, it's not even a month old and I tried to turn it on after not playing for a couple days and the start up screen is just a whole bunch of lines looks like they are purple green and grey, and it's
    faded at the top an the screen is frozen like this does anyone have a solution

    Stuck on green start up screen after frozen update

    An update froze on me whilst applying. I left it 8ish hours and was still frozen. Turned off console and am now stuck on green start up screen. Help.

    Blank Screen! How to Unbrick Xbox one ?!

    After the green screen was froze it went to a fuzz screen then to an all black screen. Now when I start it just has a black screen. How do I unbrick it!?

    Can you connect a different device onto the HDMI cord your Xbox is connected to, just to check it's not a cable issue?

    If the other device works on the cable, try hard resetting your Xbox One by holding the power button on the right of the console for about 15 seconds. Then unplug the power cord for about 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

    Then start up your console. Does it now show a proper picture?

    If you still see that white screen, go to

    I have the same problem when I hit start to load my hd it freezes. if many people are experiencing the same problem then I doubt its a dirty disc it has to be the software.

    I had a similar problem and after trouble shooting I discoveed I had a slightly warped game disk that caused the cd drive to put a faint scratch along almost the entire outer edge. I was able to buff it out and install the game to my hd which solved my
    problems. There is a softweare glitch out there but you may want to check your game disk too. Good luck!
