Discus and support Frozen spinning home screen in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hello all my XBOX ONE is stuck at the home screen with two spinning circles on each side.     hello all

    my XBOX ONE is stuck at the home screen with two spinning circles on each side. I can move the clicker but cant launch anything or sign in.

    Live tried a lot to fix it. If anyone has anything that can help. Please let me know

    Frozen Home Screen

    I have run into the problem that my home screen is frozen when I turn my system on. I can see the tiles for recent games and what not but the sections on each side of the home panel just have a circle load symbol but which doesn't move. I can hold down the
    home button and turn the power off but I cant move around the system at all other than that. If it helps to know as well the light on the kinect does not come on either. I just turned on my xbox the other day and this is what happened.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Hard resets are pretty much the only advice people here know. Try another one?

    Can you please tell me exactly what you have done to try and fix this so that I can better assist you? I know that it's frustrating to say the least! Time and patience and we will get this fixed!

    Is your xbox set to Instant On? I get this a lot since the last update, and also failure to sign in, either with Kinect or manually or games/apps not launching. In my experience, there's nothing you can do except a hard reset.

    If it happened once in a while it wouldn't be too bad, but it happens on a daily basis.

    As for MonsterOmen saying time and patience and it'll get fixed, I hope you've got a lot of both, there are loads of people with the same problem and MS are completely ignoring it.

    Have you tried holding the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it turns off and then turning it back on as Goooner suggested? This always fixes similar issues for me. I think it happens when too much memory is being taken up. You can try closing
    apps on the home screen by going to them in your Recent Apps and pushing the menu button and Exit.

    Don't think it's to do with memory useage. I've had it happen, done a full power off to fix it, played one gane for an hour or so, switched off (not full reset) and come back a couple of hours later and it's done the same thing.

    It's really annoying. I love the benefits of Instant On, but having to do a hard reset 7 or 8 times out of 10 whenever I switch it on kind of defeats the point!
