Frozen progress visually

    Frozen progress visually


    I'm having a issue with my Xbox 1 s, when I try to download or update anything it won't show up in the download section. Tried clearing my caches and try again and still nothing. So I restart it wich takes about 7 min before it reboots then all of a sudden it shows up in downloads with progress. But it does not progress any further visually. Once I restart it show a larger progress bar but freezes again. I'm getting average of 93 mbs download with a average of 27 upload. I'm stumped. It says my system is up to date. Also every time I start anything it says it needs a update. I always click update now and it never does but apps and games always works. I hope I don't need to fully reset my console. Any help appreciated, thanks.

    Hey Saberstorm001! Are you playing on PC? If so, can you check and see if a different user on the PC is able to track progress? Additionally, post

    Hi cjbulls3,

    Do you see anything change if you try a different browser or clear the cache/browsing history on your current one? Please let us know if that helps with the data being stuck on the page.

    Achievements not unlocking, progress frozen

    Settings>Network settings>Advanced>Alternate MAC>Clear then it will want to restart. that seems to do wonders for me. Hope it helps.

    Check your visual cables between the console and the tv.

    Yeah still stuck. I think the console is frozen rather than just the progress bar not moving, but I can't be sure.
