    Frozen pixelated green screen


    I travel for work and when i plugged my xbox one in ro boot up i can hear the xbox woekijg in the background but the screen is frozen on pixelated green. Ive chamged HDMI cords, rebooted the box. Its a new hdmi tv. Anyone else experience this? Is it my hdmi port?

    Have you tried connecting a different TV or using a different HDMI port on the existing TV? eg. HDMI 2 or 3.

    Remember change the SOURCE of the TV remote MENU if you decide to use HDMI 2 of TV.

    There's support steps at Troubleshoot blank screen that may assist.

    i have the same thing it is stuck at 66% and it gets frozen so a reset and it is stuck at green screen

    I am having a weird pixel problem On dashboard the far right lower corner has one green pixel that should be black.. It is always on dashboard. And on nba 2k 2014 some screens have the outside edge lines with the wrong color pixels also...

    Sometimes a console reset helps with these kinds of issues. Just hold the power button for 10sec, or turn it off then unplug it for 30sec.

    I would try disconnecting your xbox from power for 30 seconds, then power it back on.
