    Frozen on game loading screen but i can hear it running


    My xbox has frozen on a screen of a game loading and it will not go away is there anything i can do ive tried all reset process es and still nothing as soon as it starts up it goes straight to same frozen screen i can hit buttons and hear everything working
    i can select everything but its still frozen on the screen please help

    Is anyone else having the problem with a frozen Loading screen with Assassin's Creed Syndicate? I Installed the game It updated fine, but straight after you're in the Animus part of the game (Jacob running around in the white room) It goes to a black loading

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.

    I did that, and now the problem is that it will stay in the loading screen again, only it's not frozen. It just never stops loading, but I can still return to the dashboard and what not.

    I am having this same issue. My xbox series X has had zero issues for the life of it. I just logged into my account, started booting up rocket league, and the screen froze on the loading screen for rocket league. I tried a hard reset, switching the hdmi cord, and even switching the hdmi port. It is still frozen on this screen. I can press the middle button on my controller and hear that it is registering the buttons i'm pushing. It is just frozen on this screen. My tv is working normally, it is only the xbox that is having this issue. This happened out of nowhere.
