Frozen: my purchases are not adding credits to my Rewards account for a few weeks

My Rewards account is not working properly.

I've been unable to pair may purchases to the amount credited to my Rewards for quite some time: it seems I've been credited less then the due amount I spent on my digital purchases for a few months, some purchases seems to be "ignored". But now the system
stopped giving me credits for my purchases altogether.

For March, I just got the 6000 "simple reward" and 250 "survey" credits, but nothing from my actual purchases since mid-February, not even for the purchases that amounted to the "simple reward" itself. It makes no sense. I've spent more then $200 bucks
in March. With 5 stars and Gold, I should've gotten 10%, that'd be more then 20k credits... In February I spent $264.97 and answered the survey, but got only 22000 (instead of 26497 I was due) credits from purchases + 250 from the survey. It has been like
this for months before the "freezing up" I got now.

Can you please check what's going on and fix it? Your help will be much appreciated.

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

 

Have not been recieving Rewards Credits for purchases?

My purchases were not special promotions. I had purchased a few games January 22 - January 24 2017 and have not received credits for those purchases that go into my Xbox Live Rewards Savings Account.

 

Support will double check for you, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for March purchases. Also keep in mind that if purchases are eligible
for another offer on the site, they are not included in your rebate.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, purchases that go towards offers will not also go towards MyVIP payback, so your purchases that went towards Simply Rewarding would not also award
payback. Similarly, your purchases last month that went towards the Anime Month offer and XOXO Rewards would not also award payback. Also, we award off of every $10 USD, so it would not be possible to get a Credit amount less than 100.
