Frozen mountain and hot weel for Forza horizon 3

Hi. I have buy dlc Blizzard mountain and hot weel on my Xbox one but i play this game on my computer.

When I go to this spot or use start menu the game Ask me to buy then told me that i have already buy this but it never propose to download this part of the game. I can't use it. Help plz thx

Problem pass extension forza horizon3

Hello, I am allowed to contact you for an extension problem. We bought through the xbox one x the Forza Horizon3 extension pass which included Blizzard Mountain and Hot Weels. Blizzard Moutain works but unfortunately not Hot Weels knowing that we see appear
the two sites (hot weels and blizzard mountain) on the map of the game. As soon as we go to the hot weels site, he asks me to install the extension hot weels !!! I try to install it and finally it brings me back to a black screen where nothing happens. Could
you be an explanation to this. Cordially .

SOS, Nemrég feltelepítettem a Forza horizon 3 at, szépen működik is, viszont szintén le van töltve hozzá a Hot Weels es kiegészítő, ami meg is jelenik a Microsoft áruházban, mint ami installálva van, viszont a Forza 3 játék menüjében a Hot Weels fül alatt
nem látja hogy telepítve lenne, minden ablak szürke, és lakat. Ugye nem dobtam ki az ablakon 6900Ft ot? Mit kell még állítgatni? Mit hova kell még beírni? Vagy még mindig le kell töltenem valami jópénzért? Annak nem örülnék mert az alapjáték is több mint 12
000 Ft volt!
