Discus and support frozen i think?? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; ok so this just happened(literally) i wanted to put in a code for minecraft (explorers pack) so i went to the xbox store and clicked use a code and now...     ok so this just happened(literally) i wanted to put in a code for minecraft (explorers pack) so i went to the xbox store and clicked use a code and now my screen is stuck on a black screen( i can still cut my xbox off by using the controller)wat do i do(the
    back button wont work either)

    So yeah, I'd rec getting the intercooler for it to keep it cool. Hasn't frozen for me since putting it on

    Frozen!!!

    There are many great Ambassadors, I just don't think you are one of them. The only issue I have with the Ambassador program is people like you who are quick to post advice but not help, which as I said there is a difference.

    Want to get personal? Look at our posts. When I help I give links on how to do things. I don't see you doing the same.

    Glad that you could finally be bothered to provide help to the OP though.

    Power the console off, either by using the controller (if you can) or by holding your finger on the power button on the console until it shuts down.

    Then, pull the power cord out for 30 seconds, plug it back in, power your console back up, and try again.

    You can also redeem your code via the Xbox app or via the website here: -

    Assuming it's a code for DLC for Minecraft, once the code has been redeemed, go into "My games & apps" on the console, highlight Minecraft, press the menu button on the controller and choose "Manage game" and you should see the DLC on the game's own "Ready
    to install" list there, so you can click on it and start it downloading.
