Frozen free fall snowball fight update

I would like to know what are you waiting for take out these 4 achievements that's was add for nothing a little more than 1 month ago? I'm part of the true achievement community and a lot of people are upset and frustrated about it cause it mess with our
completion. I had completed that game before this. Now nobody will be able to complete it cause Disney won't release their update.

It's about the mission:FREEdom Rewards:One-Two-FREE Punch:.

Last month I spent

more than $30 for the game :Lies Of Astaroth;

$5.98 for the game :Frozen Free Fall: Snowball Fight

$9.99 for the game :ROBLOX,but I did not get the rewards.

can you help me check this please,thanks very much.

It's up to Disney to release the update so you would need to contact them.

 

Sadly, companies have done this on several occasions, including at least one game published by Microsoft themselves. A game has had DLC in some stage of production and the achievements have been added to the Microsoft database, but the DLC was never released.
A couple of good examples would be
Hellboy: The Science of Evil and
Disney The Little Mermaid: Undersea Treasures. As Daft Badger has stated, it's up to the publisher,
Disney Interactive Studios, and the developer,
SuperVillain Studios, to complete and release the DLC.

Is this too much to ask for an answer to my questions?

And now I would even ask for a refund cause that broken game, which their silly daily reward system never worked for me, had some DLC than finally appear. I just bought the summer levels and that doesn't do anything. I'm really frustrated about this.

I contacted Disney and they doesn't seems to know that a problem is present or they just don't care. In the meanwhile, people are paying for non-existent content. That's ridiculous! As you can see there, I'm not the only one bothering by this.

As previously stated by HyruleBalverine and Daft Badger. It would be up to the developer and publisher to put out an update to address the Achievement concern. Currently it doesn't look like this DLC content is currently available for purchase on Xbox 360
or on Xbox One as well.

It is not a pay DLC content but it is listed as title update. Okay, I understand even if it upset me a bit. *** publishers...

 

What ??? saying Dam+n in english is swearing??? I speak in french normally but I never saw it like a bad word. Sorry. Look like I was censored. On True Achievement, I see things worse than that lol.

 

And of course if Disney never pull those achievements out, you can't, of course, do it. Cause it is not your console, your servers and your system, right?
