Frozen during online gameplay

I have here steps that we can try, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

If that didn't work, may I ask if this is happening with all of your games or just for a specific game?

freezes online during gameplay does it on wifi and ethernet no error code once it freezes have to switch console off tried leaving on for about ten mins but still remains frozen hasnt done it offline up to now

Not overheat, but glitchy gameplay, frozen cutscenes and disappearing main quests.

Yes, light stays on while its frozen, power cycling fixes it for that moment but it happens randomly at any given time, happened both while online during Elder scrolls online and Dead by daylight and offline with Hollow knight and with Netflix, I have
the plug and play battery and charger, it doesn't unfreeze even if I take off the battery and plug only the cable.
