    frozen i think??

    Power the console off, either by using the controller (if you can) or by holding your finger on the power button on the console until it shuts down.

    Then, pull the power cord out for 30 seconds, plug it back in, power your console back up, and try again.

    You can also redeem your code via the Xbox app or via the website here: -

    Assuming it's a code for DLC for Minecraft, once the code has been redeemed, go into "My games & apps" on the console, highlight Minecraft, press the menu button on the controller and choose "Manage game" and you should see the DLC on the game's own "Ready
    to install" list there, so you can click on it and start it downloading.

    frozen i think??

    ok so this just happened(literally) i wanted to put in a code for minecraft (explorers pack) so i went to the xbox store and clicked use a code and now my screen is stuck on a black screen( i can still cut my xbox off by using the controller)wat do i do(the
    back button wont work either)

    I think you're talking about the feature called 'Display Discovery'. This feature is found under Console Settings -> Display.

    You should be able to set the display to 50hz in the xbox display settings. Hopefully you can see enough to get through the menus with the off center display because I think you need to be using the HDMI cable when changing the setting for HDMI port.

    I had the same issue with Frozen. I found that setting the age to 9 allows PG movies which is what Frozen is rated.
