    Frozen Dashboard


    hello, i just booted up my xbox and tried to start playing Destiny.

    i received an error saying destiny took too long to start. (0x8027025a)

    now my xbox is not responding. i have turned it off and back on and same thing. i have even tried booting up without the disk in. i still have a frozen dashboard. my controller cannot select anything.

    Never mind, had to phone support due to lack of any help on here. They fixed it.

    i had to remove the power source and reboot it... it seems to have worked. but i would still like to know what caused this in the first place.

    I have had the same thing happen to mine. Re-booting worked here too. very strange though.
