Froze during update?

    Froze during update?


    After getting about 60% done while applying the new update, it stops updating and just stays at that spot.

    Xbox froze during download..

    now wants me to format my hard drive. I just transferred data from my old HDD to my new slim 360. Everything transferred just fine, but it froze during a download, and won't recognize the hard drive.

    go to download history and re download purchased stuff.

    I can see that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox Series X. One thing you can try is to perform a factory reset on your console. To do this, follow these steps:



    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Choose whether you want to keep your games and apps.

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

    Xbox Froze During Update at 43%!

    Hold down powere button until it powers off, then unplug power brick form the wall and the Xbox for a few minutes and try again. Worked for me earlier
