Froza 7 Ultimate Giveaway key issues

In the new giveaway for Forza 7 you are supposed to be given keys for not only buying the game but also for being a fan and playing previous iterations. I not only bought Forza 7 but I have also put in a crazy amount of time in every previous Forza dating
all the way back to the original yet I haven't received any keys for the game. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

Xbox rewards - Forza 7 sweepstakes

There has been a couple of times where I try to use my key for the forza 7 giveaway and nothing happens after the initial video. So I refresh the page, and it subtracts a key from my balance of keys, not letting me have a chance to hit the “turn the key”
button. It adds the key to the overall balance for entries into the grand sweepstakes though. So I’m not sure if the key was used and it wasn’t a winner or if nothing happened. Thanks.
