Somebody has been giving me fake skins on fortnite they said do you what free skins the account name is

money has been billed 350 dollars and he also hacked into my mum's credit card and has been like 15 dollars purchase and 40 dollars and we should like a refund

My son has been writing to you in order to let you know that someone in Microsoft store has taken around 750 dollars out of m6 bank account and as result I have had to have 3 credit cards closed and new ones sent out, as no one has given my last two cards
details to Mic rosoft I would like to know how the store is obtaining my card details and billing my card and taking the money out of my account, this is unauthorized use of my card and I am contacting the police as soon as I speak to my bank manager tomorrow
as she has still to get back to me because she is in the process of trying to find out how Microsoft has been obtaining my card details and access to my account, please respond to this email asap with the solution and how you intend to rectify the problem,
as no one else but myself have access to my credit card it is therefore fraud.
