so i had this gamer tag since xbox 360 and all of a sudden today it was changed ti can't lie its pretty funny [Mod removed - See Xbox Forum Guidelines] & in order to change it they want me to cough up some dough & that's a no for me. does anyone know
what i can do? or if theirs anything i can even do lol.

You can only gain a free name change if.you used a randomly assigned gamertag I believe, but since.you chose your own to begin with, I would assume you will need to pay for it.

Go to social.xbox.com and it gives u a free gamer tag change even if u have been FNC’d

You've received a force gamertag change as that gamertag violated the ToU/CoC.

The only reason it's happened now is because someone only recently reported it.

You can try & appeal it on the enforcement site HERE but I don't think you've got any chance of getting that gamertag back so you can either stick with the one you were issued
or pay to change it.You wont be given a free name change.
