    Hello there dear Xbox and Microsoft my Xbox 360 will not let me play my new original Xbox I have just bought because it needs updating and I can't update it because my Xbox consoles are banned for life so I'm going to blow up your sad evil corrupt
    Xbox live policy enforcement team because they have ruined and destroyed my life and have threatened and harassed me and my family with the police and FBI so this will be in the news papers now that will **** you off good bye ****

    I know 80 microsoft point equal a dollar, which means your entitled to 20 dollars. You should call microsoft right way. If you live in United Status Xbox Support number is

    Before the switch to real currency from MS points, I had over 1600 ms points. Now that I am looking to get a game, Microsoft tells me I only have $1.16 now. What gives? Where did all of my money go?

    Thanks for reaching out! As our Ambassadors have stated, it would be best to request a call back from Xbox Support so that they may see what possibly happened. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with billing or
    subscription issues.

    The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

    1. Sign in at xbox.com.
    2. Select Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Billing & accounts.)
    4. Select "See other options" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Payment & Billing, then Show contact options.)
    6. Select to Request a call from Support.

    Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further.

    Have you tried signing out then back in again this sometimes happens and needs a refresh. If it doesn't give you the membership Microsoft will not take the money out. You can always check by logging in to xbox.com and checking purchase history.
