From Jan 1st Jig Saw Daily Challenges does not allow to start with a game

Daily challenge solitaire won't load

Suddenly today I can't play my Daily Challenge solitaire games. It said to check the internet connection, but it's working fine, as I am able to get into other games like Mahjong and word games. Is this because it is Jan 1st? I have been playing this every day for years, and want to continue. I have tried turning my computer off then on again, but I get the same message.

I'm having a similar issue with the app. I launch the daily challenges and the game things it's Jan. 3. When I click on Day 1, I see the day's challenges but pressing play doesn't do anything.

I just relaunched the game on my phone since a new challenge day was going to start
and I was greeted with a news post which says "We apologize the issues with Daily Challenges, but we are actively working on a fix that should be released in the coming days. We appreciate your patience."

Wait a bit and the fix should be out so daily challenge play can continue.

Sorry this occurred for you QuietCargo, unfortunately there have been some ongoing issues with micro puzzles for some time. Many folks are having issues with it. I have heard no answer yet that Microsoft is looking into it, nor if even the Xbox folks are
responsible for them. My best suggestion is to go to the support website at support.microsoft.com and report your issues there. Hopefully with enough feedback they can look into the underlying issues to fix the game.

Same question and same description as everybody else have played for years with no problem, just solitaire daily challenges, others fine and internet ok. Surely somebody at Microsoft should be available to sort this over the holidays. We pay enough for all the 'services'.....Happy New Year eeverybody
