Yes you will have some problems!!!

Because MS has the feature for publisher´s use´s region block feature.

For MS the world is divide (in relation of disc launches) in 4 regions

America uses NTSC and envolve all americas (north, central and south)

Europe in PAL and envolve europe an part of Asia(now i say Indiais in that one too)

NTSC -J that envolve Japan and part of Asia

And Region Free the format of most of MS studios games uses (and the games from that region can be used in all other regions).

If one game has the block (like for a sample GTA 4, the NTSC versions works in your 360, because his is american but the PAL region don´t works because that is region locked...)the game from one region can´t read the games from the other 2 regions (for a
sample of a thing "jump" that thing...PGR 4 is MS studios games and has region free in your xbox he will works...)and add to problems the DVD region if i remember right the region of India is diferent from US and you can´t use´s DVD films in your 360 (because
he didn´t reconize your disc region...).

The problems showed, the solution is two you try to He-sell for some friend(and please alert the problems to not cerate headshake for you and your friend) and buy one in India and avoid problems because of diferent of regions...

Or you can buy games in international sales games web sites or local (remember to see first if they deliver for India) and buy games there!!(and remember to look too the region of game, most of sites shows that in the tecnical information link, if you want
still mantain that 360 you buyed you onlycan use NTSC nad Region free format discs for your console).
