    I am so tired of receiving terrible support. I will never buy an xbox again, and for every person who asks me what they should buy, I will tell them anything except microsoft. The hardware has been downgraded to where I am having to replace microphones every
    2 months, controllers every 6, play and charge every 3. I was hung up on twice (intentional) by your support staff. My question did not take well, as xbox support could not give me an answer. Their answer was to contact enforcement. I ask how do I contact
    enforcement department. They said case review. It doesnt give me the option because there was no enforcement action taken upon me. He then tells me the only other way to contact them is to go to, in person, to the corporate office in redmond, washington state.
    I think he was trolling me. But I digress, I am tired of the bogus customer support I receive. As a customer, ive spent thousands of dollars on the xbox franchise alone. Your support is a joke and needs a serious overhaul. Im serious, Im not spending another
    dime on anything you sell and I will encourage others to do the same. The community has been asking for a better, and has been getting worse, and its time you feel consequence for your inaction.

    Xbox Live disconnecting after roughly one hour, every day!

    So another five days have passed, not feeling like a valued, paying customer.

    It was random. Most companies call all their customers loyal valued customers. Even the tax man sent me a letter calling me a valued customer. It just how companies talk. They promised you nothing. you got nothing, where is the problem. Learn English yourself

    Basically my 10 year old son wanted to change his ID and we agreed. He then went to change his name and it obviously came out with a different name (assume the name he choose was taken). He called my wife in who paid for it as it asked for card details.
    My son and I realised the name change was not what he wanted, it could well be my son pressed the button by mistake (which happens). I then immediately contact your support (in normal circumstances EBAY/AMAZON etc if you make a purchase you can cancel within
    a short time). I got no where with the customer service team and they said submit a refund form which we did. My son was in tears so we went back onto change name - and changed it to a name he wanted (he choose). I have therefore paid 2 lots of £7.99 for
    changing his name.

    I don't agree at all that a cost is involved in changing a name. The fact you can clearly see from the records that we paid 2 lots of £7.99 in such a period of time is not normal.

    This is not complicated its straight forward.

    This is common in most all industries, but Microsoft does offer pretty good deals for existing customers, and offers deals that anyone can take advantage of (new and existing), as well.

    I guess more deals for existing customers would be nice, but to be honest you can find better prices by shopping around online.

    Well basically it is true. But from time to time there are great deals on Xbox subscriptions. Mostly during holidays or special events. Yearly subscription on live for 25$ etc. But you have to keep an eye on it.

    I understand you've had an issue with trying to receive a refund for an accidental Gamertag change / charge.

    I'm sorry to hear about your recent experiences. I can imagine that'd be frustrating.

    I would suggest responding / replying directly to the "denial of refund email" explaining the situation in more detail.

    And again, (if needed) feel free to re-apply for the refund through the
    Xbox Refund Webform .     I do believe you can apply more than one time.
