see this alternative, try reversing the video driver version:

1. Press the Windows + X keys;

2. Click on the Device Manager option;

3. Click the arrow pointing to Display Adapters;

4. Click the Driver tab and check if the Revert option is available, if so, perform the revert.

5. Restart your computer.

If you prefer, return the system to an earlier date when it worked normally:

1. Press Windows+R keys and type rstrui.exe after click Ok;

2. Click Next, select a date and click Next;

3. After click Finish.

I have my xbox connected to a pc monitor as well and I had to take a look intitially at which port as it has more than one hdmi input. Once I went to the settings on the monitor and switched from hdmi 1 to hdmi 2 it was fine.

No the console won't damage a monitor. Your monitor just is broken.

bro I realized that the monitor is fine and I saw so many videos and if the monitor only has an hdmi connector it is not possible? Because the other videos I see have two or more hdmi connectors and this one has only 1, what requirements does the monitor have to have in order to receive an image from the cbox series s?
