    Xbox freezes is it just me who get the Xbox freezing

    My Xbox isn't frizen but it's stuck at the home screen and has the spinning wheels on both sides. I can move around but no programs will start or anything.

    I have the strangest issue

    Pulled out the memory stick it was on, and was able to play. Decided for shits and giggles to see if it would work if I put the stick in now, and it frize. It really doesn't like that saved copy I guess. Good thing the disc isn't scratched.

    These players are using modded controllers to dropshot quickscope in the new call of duty games and accourding to the code of conduct no players should not be me modding or using controllers that are modded while playing these games online if I run across
    these players and they have not been band then we know that xbox don't give a *** about fair play

    I just bought black ops 2 on the Xbox series x but it said do you own this game or app I uninstalled it and the game was gone dose anyone know what to do.

    Please confirm on your order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if the game order says completed. Go to https://account.xbox.com/Profile to check if the gamertag is that same as the one you have on your console to make sure it's on the right account.

    If everything is correct, let's re-add your account from the console.

    Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address that's linked to your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

    1. Remove account:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

    2. Power cycle:
    Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    3. Add account:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

    Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
