    Restore Factory Defaults

    From Hardware:

    1. Locate the back of the device, where the Ethernet port are located.
    2. Hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds. You will need a paperclip, toothpick or pen to hold down the reset button.
    3. Let go of the reset button and wait about 1 minute for the device to reboot.


    From Firmware:



    1. Connect a computer to the gateway using and Ethernet cable.
    2. Disconnect the Fritz!Box from its power supply.
    3. Wait 5 seconds and reconnect the power.

      The Device can only be reset within 10 minutes of a reboot.
    4. Open a web browser.
    5. Navigate to Web Server's Default Page
    6. Click the Forgot your password link to default the device.

    1. Pick up the handset.
    2. Dial # 991 * 15901590*
    3. The device will now restart with factory settings.
