    Thanks for bringing this issue to us, sounds like the issue is the network connection. Try the

    Network Connection Troubleshooter     posted on our website, also try clearing the Network Card Cache (Alternate MAC Address)

    To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

    Settings

    Network

    Network settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC address

    Select Clear and then Restart

    Try these steps and let us know how it goes!

    hallo bei mir ist es so das ich mich nicht mit xbox life verbinden kann es ist ein statuscode angegeben der heißt 80169EB6 aber auf xbox.com steht dazu nichts ich kann nicht mal meine zahlungsoptionen ändern was ist da los !!!!!!!

    Fehler 831188FE

    Kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen?

    bekomme seit samstag den Fehlercode 831188FE vormittags hab ich noch das neue GTA update installiert und noch online gespielt am späten nachmittag ging es dann nicht mehr.

    Die beschriebenen Fehlerbehebung funktionierte gar nicht, heute beim support angerufen das ganze mit dem support durch probiert ohne Lösung, zum schluss wurde mir gesagt ich muss mich ans Beta-forum wenden aber ich bin kein beta-user (das müsste ich ja wissen)
    aber dazu finde ich auch kein "beta-Forum"

    Mich ärgert total das ich Geld dafür zahle das ich online spielen kann und dann wenn man selbst beim support anruft die einem nicht wirklich weiterhelfen können und viel schlimmer ist das ich nicht zocken kann Fritz!Box Fritz!Box: Ich kann mich nicht mit meinem -Funknetzwerk verbinden, mit dem Lan kabel ... :)

    hoffe es kann mir jemand helfen

    Ich glaube, xbox live ist nicht das Problem. Das funktioniert.
    Ich kann mich nur in dem Spiel, übrigens für xbox 360, nicht mit xbox live verbinden.

    Ich glaube mal hier im Forum aufgeschnappt zu haben, dass man mit einer Easybox nicht 2 Konsolen gleichzeitig zum laufen bringen kann. Kenne mich mit Routern und dem Zeugs nicht wirklich gut aus, kann also nicht mehr dazu sagen.
