Hello there,

i have some issues with my Xbox One.

I cant play with my Xbox One at the same time, when my father plays with his Xbox One.

When he's logged in, my Xbox says me, that i cant build a connection with my Router and the connection always fails. There is no hardware problem. But it seems, that its not possible to play with two Xbox One's at the same time. But when he's offline, after
a long day, i can play. I'm a bit frusted, because i paid over 450~ € for nothing. And the Support System isnt really a good help.
