    Fritz!Box: DMZ


    Fritz!Box (Modems/Gateways): DMZ
    Fritz!Box 7390

    Login Information:

    Default Gateway – Web Server's Default Page

    Username – there is no username or password unless one is set by the user.

    Password –



    DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter Web Server's Default Page in the address bar. (Or click the link). A username and password is not needed by default. If one was created you will need to enter it here.
    3. Click "Internet".
    4. Click "Permit Access" in the "Internet" menu.
    5. Click the "Port Forwarding" tab.
    6. Click "New Port Forwarding".
    7. Select the "Exposed Host" entry from the drop-down menu "Port forwarding enabled for".
    8. Select the network device (for example a computer) for which you wish to enable port forwarding




    Disable DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter Web Server's Default Page in the address bar. (Or click the link). A username and password is not needed by default. If one was created you will need to enter it here.
    3. Click "Internet".
    4. Click "Permit Access" in the "Internet" menu.
    5. Delete the entry for the Xbox console by clicking the red X to the right.

    Set static IP, Xbox changes IP right back. Thus preventing me from connecting.

    Additional information:

    DMZ is called "exposed host" in the Fritz Box.

    Login Information



    DMZ

    1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser on a computer.
    3. Type the gateway address, Web Server's Default Page into the web address bar, hit enter.
    4. Select Internet from the menu on the left.
    5. Select Permit Access from the resulting sub-menu.
    6. Select the Port Forwarding tab.
    7. Click the New Port Forwarding button.
    8. Select Exposed Host from the Port Forwarding Enabled for.
    9. Select your Xbox console.
    10. Click the OK button to save the changes.
