Friends offline and chat issues

When i login says no friends online wich they are and i cannot hear friends in party or game chat, my controller is updated but my friends isnt, they dont have the cord. My nat is open always and my privacy settings are good so are my friends, also after
all those nice things after september update Titanfall is freezin a little bit. Thanks in advance for help, dont show me steps i tried them

Connection issues and disconnecting constantly

Yes, entire friends system appears to have gone offline to include party chat and even in game chat due to the entire list showing all users offline.

can anyone confirm if friends list is working yet

When I went online this morning everything was fine. Started a party chat, invited a friend in and we were online for a good 4-5 hours.

I did notice though after a while I couldn't view my friends list, not sure if it was working when I came offline but didn't have no issues playing games online.

is it possible your friends settings are set to offline or away, this would cause for you to see them as offline??

Even if you are partied up or in a private chat they will appear offline if they want they profile to do so

Having the same issue. My friends list was working intermittently when I first experienced the issue. It kept saying friends were offline, then it showed them online, then off again. Joined a party and chat wasn't working. Plugged my controller into the
USB charger and all of a sudden chat worked...for a solid minute and stopped again.

This is getting old. Xbox Live has been experiencing the most intermittent issues the last few months then it ever has since I've been a subscriber.

My Xbox One friends list was up and working this morning and about 30 minutes ago, however, now i am having the same issue. I was in a party chat playing BF4 with a friend and the mic got quiet. Checked the friends list and it says everyone is offline but
in game hes still in my squad. Yesterday I was having this issue as well but it seemed to be fixed around 10 cst.
