    FRIENDS NOT SHOW AFTER NEW UPDATE


    Hello Forum,

    As that I do not have access to the Preview Program Forums I am posting my issue here.

    After the update to the new XBOX ONE Experience, I have been bombarded with issues, laggy transitions, can't sign in, freezing, and most annoyingly being unable to see my friends list.

    Is there anyone else that is having trouble seeing their friends list?

    I have tried looking for the "Friends" Tab in My Apps and I can't find it. Seems that it has been removed, and also have tried launching the "Friends" pin and once it opens I get the options of either RATE or UNPIN.

    Is there a solution to this? As that I can't send party invites, nor game invites, not even join friends due to the fact that I can't see my friends list.

    Friend list problem?

    This was happening to me as well. There was a new xbox live update and it was all fixed after I updated. Maybe try the update and see if that works. FRIENDS NOT SHOW AFTER NEW UPDATE :)

    Update Preview Forums, and you will want to check there to see if there are any known issues or solutions for what you're running into. Thanks for understanding!

    April update

    You woukd have to reboot the Xbox when it is powered up after the update is downloaded. If your XBox is in the instant on state.

    After this update it will reboot on it's own. You can also check if you have the new settings for friend notifications.

    Yup lol Thats why I am concerned with this new update. Usually new updates bring even more new problems. And new problems usually wont get fixed until next year at this time. Like the 8 party chat we have just discussed, it STILL doesnt work properly
    after all this time.
