Friends locaion and bio not visible!

Been with customer support for hours with no solution other then posting in forums. . I apparently have a Preview account, but never received any info about getting the Xbox preview app or updates which I assume may be the reason I can't see the location
and Bio on the profilenof any of my friends. How can this issue be resolved?

Privacy and Online Settings Problem

I made my game history visible to everyone again,my motto and bio were visible.Then I changed it back to being blocked and my motto/bio disappeared once more.

Profile visible to everyone when set to Friends Only

I currently have my profile sharing set to 'Friends Only' but when I go to edit my Bio or Motto it says that it's visible to everybody, not just friends. This is strange because I don't have it set to everyone.

Could the cause be somebody in my family pack? I am not the leader of the family pack, but I was curious as to see if it was the leader's account that could possibly be causing the problem?

It may be a privacy issue check your accounts privacy settings too insure that you are able too see there Bio / Motto (360 Only) / Location. If that still isn't a issue also ask them if there privacy settings forbid them from users seeing there Bios / Mottos
(360) / Locations. i'd also check the 360 if you still own one to insure both consoles are experiencing this problem.

You most likely have your achievements hidden, unhide those in your privacy settings and your bio should be visible. No idea why that has anything to do with bios but from my testing that is the solution.

Your bio and motto are not visible on your account. As far as your GamerTag and display image goes, they look fine to me.
