Friends List wont work on xbox one (2019)

on xbox one it says i have 0 friends online. I click it and it says find more friends, but when i use the computer app it shows my friends.

Factory Reset<
(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Does your friends list not display at all? What do you see in place of your friends list and what does it say?

Can you tell us what solutions you've tried that did not work for you?

Is this only on the Xbox One console? Do you happen to own a Windows 10 PC with the Xbox app, or even the mobile app? You can also check your friends list from account.xbox.com.

Thanks for reaching out. In reference to your question, when selecting Keep games & apps will not remove the downloaded content. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

At the moment there is an emerging issue with signing into Xbox Live at this time or seeing error 0x87DD0006, our teams are aware & investigating now. I recommend to wait until the alert is resolved to continue troubleshooting. We'll update

I suggest not to do that. There are a ton of reports saying that they cannot log in to xbox live and I am one of them. This seems to be an Xbox server issue.
