Friends list will not populate to view or interact with.

Xbox has been power cycled, restarted, as well as account removed and re-added to the console. Unplugged and re-plugged, all possible power solutions have been attempted. Is there a fix? Is this a new bug? Is anyone else having this issue?

Issue started after a console restart for no apparent reason.

Cannot see friends or interact to play games.

Console: One X

Problem occurs at all times over multiple days.

This is not a "we can't show your friends right now" problem; my friends tab simply does not show that I have any friends, or that any are online or that anyone is playing any games, and only shows the "find more friends" banner near the bottom of the screen.
I can still join parties and talk and interact as normal if I am sent messages or invites.

Please send help.

Forgot to mention that when signing into another Xbox in the same place, I have no friends list issues, nor do my apps on a cell phone, computer, or tablet.

We'll said , my experience with COD is their population is 70percent underage gamers.

I deserve to be banned for violating code of conduct, but never got notified via email.

The enforcement team are cowards, that's why this forum exists. If they had ball they would have a phone number to call to explain themselves.

Question 1 if a gamer snitches and gets me banned why does he remain anonymous. He/she should be known to person that suffers

Question2 if I can block my friends list from people viewing it then why do random angry children get to view my bio this is personal information for people that are on my friends list to view if I choose
